how can I make pulling my 4 stroke 15 tiller a bit easier?

I've very new to owning a 4 stroke. compared to other tillers I've owned and used (2-20) this one is a pain. It starts on the first or second pull, but getting it there can be ripe with agony. My main concern is for people like my mother who simply can't do it.

any suggestions?


I'm also new to trying to fix things my self (but not too stubborn to take it in) and I want to learn!
