How can I use the model #, seral # to determined the year model of my 1971, 35 HP Chrysler motor ( Mod. = 3555, Ser. =2365)? It?s titled as a 1971 but I have been told it could be 1972-73. It has not mattered due to the few parts I have used worked for the range of years.

Thanks BuzzStPoint! The boat is titled as a 1969 Raycraft that the motor came on. This is why I?ve split the difference and called it a 1970 model. What?s The Deal, LOL!
