How do I adjust my new trailer to the boat?

Hey guys I've managed to swap my old rusted boat trailer out for my good spare one thanks to the help of this forum :) Unfortunately it looks a bit bigger than I'd hoped and was wondering if this would be a problem? It seems tongue heavy but the trailer is rated to take 750kg, the boat/motor/everything itself is only around 300-400kg (the boat is 14ft/4.2m aluminium) The old trailer also used skids and this one has rollers I'm wondering if I should go to the effort to swap the skids in or if the rollers will be fine or perhaps even better than the skids?

The main problem is the length, I thought it'd be a bit better than it is but it doesn't look too good, at least 1ft of trailer left. I don't think launching would be the problem though?? I haven't tried yet but the boat winched onto the trailer rather easily. The issue is more getting pulled over by the police whenever I want to go fishing because it looks so dodgy with all that spare trailer hanging off the back, and then the possibly the trailer also having a tongue weight/distribution issue.
I thought of possibly cutting the back beam/tubing off the trailer as there's another beam that sits directly under the back of the boat (you can see it in the photo's it has the rollers attached to it). It would be the perfect length if I did this but the boat would be pretty fair forward on the trailer and possibly too tongue heavy as I said, maybe I could slide the axle forward? Or stagger the winch post so the boat sits more towards the back? It will look at bit weird but in theory will be the as safe as a sized trailer? The other thing is I need to adjust the rollers and set the trailer up is there any general advice I should know?

Any help would be much appreciated!!! cheers

Can't really tell from the pic but the winch stand SHOULD be adjustable to move it and the boat back.

Then adjust rollers as needed to support boat

Then adjust axle position as needed to set tongue weight
