How do I de-winterize my '88 Sea Ray Merc 3.0 I/O?

Got this boat last year with bad outdrive, got a rebuild one for 600$ and runs great.. I had a friend winterize it cause I didn't have time to learn.. Now I have to de-winterize it and don't know how. Anyone have a useful link of how to de-winterize?

To "de-winterize" a boat you first need to know how it was winterized. The word "Winterized" means a lot of different things to a lot of different people.
