How do I fix this?

Got a hull with 2 odd repairs that I would like to do properly. I have some experience with fiberglass repair. Floors and cracks, things like that. The curves with no core I am a complete neophyte with. Maybe making some kind of mold to patch it? Searches show up with standard repairs with cores and what not. Anyone have any ideas? Here come the pics!

It's a little tough, but easier than other type of hulls.

Push things back into shape the best you can, then grind the backside/underside and put a few layers of glass on it, when that gets hard grind the topside down and re-glass it, now sand it down and reshape it. That's the short version of the story.
