i have a 1957 evinrude 10hp and no one makes them emblems anymore well that i can find so i airbrushed them on. maybe you can find someone to do it for you.
My boat isn't near as old as yours, but I see my emblem listed on ebay occasionally. I'd keep checking there from time to time, or you could drop a wad of cash & have one custom made.
I have used DIY Lettering.com out of florida. They can do just about anything. All they usually need is a high resolutioin picture of what you want.
