How do I get the bow down?

As I stated in the Merc board, I am about as new to boating as you can be. We purchased an 15.5' Swiftsure with a 60hp merc on the back. We were out fishing the other night, and it seemed to me that the bow was running a little high. I am comparing it to my old boat I have had for a couple of seasons. The stop rod is in the position closest to the transom, and the trim was all the way down. Any ideas, or is that all I can do?

If you are looking for a cheap fix, move some weight forward or add some weight to the bow area. Maybe a new live well?

If I were you I'd spend the 100 bucks and bolt on a set of Smart Tabs. Sounds like you're the perfect candidate.<br /><br />Do a web search, there will be lots of info available....
