How do I hook up the beep beep thingy when starting engine

Right now there is no warning sound when the engine is started. My controls are the newer Mercury quicksilver 3000. Why no buzz

There's a little dohickey in the thingy itself that makes that sound when the switch is turned on.<br /><br />c/6<br /><br />Hooty
