How do I know what props fit my 2002 4.3L Merc MPI?

I have a 2002 4.3L MPI 220hp in my boat, and I want to try different props to improve my hole shot. I found some Merc props used online, but don"t know it they will fit.

The numbers are:
48-58422A4
48-79576A4
48-79578A4

How do I know?

I assume your question was "how do I know if a particular part number will fit on my drive" . . . If the question is also "how do I know if this prop will improve my hole shot", that is an entirely different question and needs to be addressed by starting with accurate information from your current setup. I guess i have two questions:
1. Will these props fit my boat?
2. If I come across other props, how do I know if they will fit?

I found all three of these props for $100. Three pitches, 19,21, and 23. Not sure what my current pitch is, but I know if I pitch down then I will have a better hole shot and reduce my top end speed a bit.
I need to check, but I want to make sure I'm not over revving at wot.

I just thought these three props would be a good deal for $100, if they fit, 'cause I could swap them around and see which configuration works best for me.

Well I start by Googling the part number and then find info to determine application. Try those and you'll find that they are all 1`5 1/2 inch diameter and with the exception of possible steering trim tab contact they should fit on your Alpha.

If you can get all three for a total of $100 you should buy them even if they don't fit . . .
