Well, it looks like my carefree days of boating every weekend are about to stop for a while. It is looking like my wife is going to get a job with Department of Defense as a School Psychologist at a school in Japan. Obviously I can't take the boat with me (wish I could), so...
How do I prep the boat for Long-Term storage. Boat is '99 Sea Ray 190 Bow Rider w/ mercruiser I/O. Will most likely be stored in Central Ca., where it may drop a few degrees below freezing in the winter for a few days, but no serious freezing. When I come back in the summer, I will be using the boat, so it's looking like at most, 10 months storage. Also, on a side, but related, note, what should I do to store my '00 Toyota Landcruiser (the tow vehicle). Any help appreciated.
Looking forward to a great adventure, but saddened by the leaving of my boat and Ducati.
Thanks,
Erik
