I have a need to remove the cuddy floor from my 1986 StarCraft Islander. I need to remove it for two reasons; 1. It is rotten 2 I need to replace some rivets underneath it. I have started to drill out rivets and remove screws thinking I need to take out some of the benches in the cuddy as the floor seems to be "underneath" the edge of the benches. I have taken a lot of screws out and drilled out quite a few rivets, and the benches are still in there solid. It also appears that I have to remove the cuddy doors as they overhang the floor. Any advice on what I need to do, and the order that I should do it, to get the floor up (and replace it when I am ready), would be greatly appreciated.
