How do you delete your own post in a thread if it posts multiple times by mistake?

I've had several posts that for one reason or another get posted several times back to back in the same thread. Is there a way to delete your own post because the same thing is showing up 3 times??? For example look at posts 19-24 in this thread:

At best, you can edit your post and delete the content, and/or contact a Mod to delete them just as Bond-o deleted.
