Have a vehicle you can park in front of it?
Chain it to the vehicle.
Run a chain thru wheel and around frame.
Just remember that a determined thief will get it if he puts enough effort into it. The goal is to make your trailer more difficult to steal than the one parked next to you.

For that, I would go with a coupler lock...Well i am thinking more along the lines of when i am storing it in an outside storage facility thats a few miles from my home.
