How do you remove guts from 3 hp johnson 54 crankcase?

the goal is to replace oil retainers pt#s 300599, and oil seal pt#301917, and of course the impeller #277181 .then install drive shaft . Now the Questions . Does the unit just pull out of the rear? it seems stuck Dont want to break anything. whats the best way to get the old drive shaft seal out .​

I going to check w/Napa tomorrow. If they dont have the parts I need, does anyone know a good old parts place, thanks
