A little while ago my friend chewed me out for drinking and smoking too much. (he was overreacting) A few days later, he got arrested for...you guessed it...drinking and smoking too much. He still thinks I don't know...I can have some fun with this. 
Can anyone tell me how I would go about obtaining his mug shot? It's public record, isn't it? I tried google but all I could find are a bunch of sleezy websites trying to charge me $59.99...
