Well, with lots of great help from this forum, I now have 3 purring lightwins and my wife says it is time to move at least two out of the garage. Problem is, I need to replace the gaskets on the tank cap and vent before they can go. The cap is pretty straightforward once i find the part, but is there a trick to removing the vent screw in the cap to replace that one? I don't want to sell anything that going to leak gas all over the place and i have a potential trade lined up for a 5.5 that's been in storage for years. A new project to look forward to once I solve the final problem. Thanks again, this forum has been awesome.

I found a fat o-ring that I could barely stretch over the vent knob that worked fine. Bring the cap to the hardware store and try a few. I don't know how (or if) you can remove that screw from the 3hp gas cap.. Good luck!

Sorry, been away a bit, it is a model 3302, 1963 twin cylinder. I'll try the o-ring, but somebody out there must know how to get those buggers replaced! Can't even find the large one in town, so i will be scouring the net i guess.
