It's a wild guess depending on lots of tech variables : how well it's infated to, passenger distribution, engine correctly trimmed, propped and running well. That sib is rated for a 30 HP, don't expect too much out of that combo, probably won't even plane with an 8 ? A 15 HP horse will have much better punch & performance.
You can still move and have fun at non planning displacing speeds.
