I'd think you'd see around 50MPH

Very Opened ended, so may variables. Does the power trim work on the motor, is it on a jackplate or directly on the transom. How high is the motor mounted? Where is the weight situated in the boat. Without more info, i will assume you are bolted straight to the transom, and probably pretty low, so i would agree with 50 mph. I can grab 54 with a 115 on my '79 checkmate, which is a similar performance hull to your baja, but slightly lighter because of construction techniques. I also have 6" setback on my motor and it mounted about an inch below "pad".

Ya I'm bolted straight to the transom fresh tune up I need to get my rpm gauge fixed so I can find the proper prop for it right now its only going 40mph on gps with a 14.5x23 aluminum and in poor shape.

I'm running an '88 Sunsport with a '90 Evinrude 200 XP & CMC jackplate. I've heard that these hulls are good for 55 to 60 mph and that's about all I'm getting with mine. I've tried several different set ups with the jackplate & trim and always seem to blow out at about 60 mph. I would think your 150 would get you close to the same speed.
