How fast?

I was wondering how fast my 1998 mercury 200 EFI should push my 98' Dargel 210 fisherman ( it is a semi v with a tunnel in the back) ? Thank you

My 21' Seaswirl deep vee goes 42MPH (at most) with my 150HP Johnny. You may see another 3-5 MPH, with the 200HP.
