How hard to add air conditioning

Okay - I have been looking for a small cruiser for a while and found one that checks almost all the boxes. It is missing air conditioning. How hard would it be to add? I know it is possible, but is it practical for a 26 footer?

If the boat came with an option of Air then it would be easier. If it didn't then might suggest roof top AC

It was an option. This is the only one of this make/model I have seen without actually having it.

Should be easy enough and if manufacture is still in business they should have parts and drawings of how it goes together. At least Formula does
