How heavy is my Mercruiser 224CID

Help!!
I'm from the UK and have a fletcher arrowbeau 17GTS with an inboard. Basically, i'm trying to find out how heavy the engine and drive are. It's a 1989 (ish) Mercruiser 3.7Lt -224CID (4cylinder) 165Hp attached to an MR drive.
Can anyone help a newbie and tell me how heavy the engine and also the drive are, as i've trolled though the internet with no luck

Ayuh,.....

The Outdrive itself weighs 80lbs.....
The Transom Assembley is probably 40/ 50lbs....
The Motor,... I'd guess at 300/ 400lbs.......

Welcome to iboats........
The engine undressed, (no manifold, riser, carb) weighs approximately 200 Kg......​
