how high can i run?

i have a '89 cobra and was just wondering how far up i can trim my drive while i am running in shallow water at a little more than idle speed?

Most will say none, but the manuals all generally allow some time up there below a certain RPM, Merc's spec is 1200 RPM . .. Not good but if you enter shallows (I do) sometimes you have to.
