It is all cleaned up.It Took all day! Drained a gallon of water out of the oil pan,Pulled the plugs number one cylinder was full of water.cranked it over with a ratchet by hand and added trans fluid to all of the cylinders and cranked it over again.Side note,(Do not stand in front of the spark plug hole when cranking the engine over.LOL).Seems to turn very nice, starter would not budge.I will pull it tommorow and go from there,Blue carpet and bimini top, stereo, blue paint on upper hull,Then throw her in the Crystal River.

I got the title and the aluminum trailer. The best part is the old boat owner is the one with the crane. He did not charge me a dime.He just wanted it gone.I am going back to the lake Thursday and do some more exploring.I probalby wont get lucky but its a lot of fun anyways. You just need a John boat some muddin boots.

Hey that's going to be a good looking old boat when you get her back up and going. I'm not too far from you in St Pete. There are lots of old boats around here that are in the water, not registered for years. I know that if you can't find the owner, it can take a couple of months to legally obtain title.

I tried getting to St, Pete a couple of weeks ago..Very confusing.I found my way to the muninciple marina very beutiful,Certainly not a place for old boats left on the water.Could you tell me where I could find the place your speaking of?I spend a good amount of time in Clearwater. And once I get the Seamaster up and running I will be there even more.An hour and a half by water from Crytal river.
