I was looking on eBay and noticed this prop. I was just curiuos how this prop would be on my motor. It's a cleaver so I'm not sure hat that would do for me. They are surface piercing props, right?

I currently have a SSII 11 1/2 x 19 and the wot rpm is 5800.

15' hombuilt skiff (fairly light)
1989 Johnson 50 J50TLCEC

Thanks again!

From my experience with true clevers, you have to spin them fast, and not much more than half of the prop is in the water. They seem to be fast, but they lack in bow lift, and are ONLY fast if you can run'em on the surface on the right kind of hull.

If I can get everything Data-wise put together, I should have everything in the next couple of days...

Yea, I got in a bit over my head on this one...
I found out "Real" quick that if I am going to test "New" props from 1 manufacturer, they've all got to be new to be fair...Talked with several manufacturers and all have been great to work with. When I complete the documents, The manufacturers get the results first, then if nobody has any problems, they will then be released on iboats via Bruno's OK.
I hope to be allowed a special post on the prop forum to list these in order...we'll see.

I got an email this PM from Bruno...he says "we're looking fwd to the results", so, I'll be posting them as soon as I get all the numbers together and the manufacturers say "OK".
