how many of you have swim platforms....
if you have a wellcraft without a swim platform, do you want one????
if you have a wellcraft with a swim platform, are you happy with it???
im looking at an excel without a platform. and was wondering if i want one or not.

We have a wellcraft w/o swim platform. I think they look great and functional as well. Wish we had one.

Mine has the original teak swim platform. Wouldn't have a boat without one.

I put one from West Marine on my boat. Here's a link.

It's been a really durable and nice ladder, we got the above platform 4 step. It goes really deep in the water which makes boarding easy for our kids and my older parents.

My 1989 170 Classic has one, not full width though. My kids probably couldn't get in the boat without it except at the dock.

I have a 32 Martinique and I could use one. I priced an aftermarket one and it's almost 3 grand without install. The install seems pretty do it yourself but you need at least 2 or 3 people to do it due to the weight.

I now have a swim platform , the downside is. it is sitting in the crate until spring . I'll post a pic as soon as it is installed.

I hope to have it installed by next weekend (22nd) I'll post pics for sure. I did dry fit it yesterday just to make sure it looked like it will fit.
