You are going to get all variations of rates. Here on lake Allatoona in GA. most full service slips are fixed sized pricing, many are covered due to sun, boat is the water year round and all contracts are for 12 months. With water and metered power the prices start at $2100 for a 10 X 20 covered slip, your 21 ft would take a 12 X 25 for 2900.00/yearly. Slip sizes vary all the way up to 20 X 70 ( for houseboats) for about $8K a year. The marina also has no water/electric uncovered docking at the ends of main docks and around walkways for much less, and they also have low water (high and dry in late fall till spring) slips available for a lot less. Your post said $70 per/ft for your 21 footer that would be $1470.00 is that seasonal ?
