How much torque

A couple quick ?'s
1) Approx. how much torque should it take to turn the flywheel nut with plugs in on a 1988 straight six? Its laboring my starter.

2) How much & what type of oil can I use to directly squirt into my cylinders to make sure I don't have a dragging ring ??

3) What could make my LU fluid slim green.

plugs are out. should turn with with a 1/2 ratchet, dragging ring? oiling ain't gonna help it turn easier. Tested the starter yet?

3) What could make my LU fluid slim green.

Synthetic??
