How old is my engine

Hi everyone. Today my friend gave me a Montgomery Ward engine and I'm trying to see if anyone can tell me what year this engine was made. The engine # VWB52119B and it's 15hp the cover is missing and i believe it a sea kingthanks......

that's a 81 built by Chrysler.Chrysler became Force in 84.
