How to add trim hydrolic fluid

I am a newby to outboard motors, my trim on my mercury 90 saltwater will go dowm but not up. It seems to loose pressure, how do I add fluid to increase pressure?

I marked with red color. open it and fill the fluid

First, check that the manual release valve isn't loose (red arrow).

Then, if you want to add fluid (ATF is ok), make sure the engine is fully tilted up with the tilt lock lever on.
