2001 Blue Wave 16' center console with a 70 hp four srtoke Evinrude. I replaced the primer bulb and seemed to get some air in the line. When I pump the bulb it does not get hard or full. How do I bleed the air out? Please help...Thanks

It helps to point the bulb upwards with the arrow that points towards the engine; lets the valves work better. Good luck

Are you sure that you don't have an air leak in the line? If you have the cheesy clamps on your fuel line I would suggest changing them and using the screw type clamps where you have to tighten a 1/4" or 5"16" nut on the worm drive type clamp.
