How to change the appearance of web link

Some people are putting links in their posts that look like this<br />"web page"<br /><br />instead of showing the entire address in the post.<br /><br />How are they doing this?<br /><br />Mine look like this. <br /> http://www.iboats.com/mall/index.cg...category=safety>life jacket&cart_id=577986514 <br /><br />I'm using Windows ME if that makes a difference.

Just hit the button "URL" below in your post window. It then asks you for the url and you can put a title in (default is "web page")<br /><br />here is an example<br /><br /> http://www.amazon.com/ <br /><br /> Same link using URL button
