How To: Changing Top Crank seal on 77' 115HP 115793S

I don't have my manual for this motor yet.

But my seal has a small leak and supposibly can cause a lean issue I have been told. I would like to fix it before it gets worse.

Has any changed one of these?
Do I just remove the flywheel to gain access?
Can a seal puller be used to pull it out?

There is a puller that can be used or you can pull the top bearing housing.

So pull that housing and tap out the oil seal.

Hmm I'll have to change that o-ring then as well.

Where can I get this puller? Evinrude Dealer?
