Just do a search on this site, you will get many hits. Basically remove the screw, fill the hole with marine tex ( I believe that is what it is called ). You could also fibreglass it, but that is much more work. Easy repair, nothing to worry about.
If it's on the bottom I wouldn't worry about. If on the side and you don't want to see it then you'll need to use gel coat to match. Two different products - two different applications.
