'77 55HP Envirude Outboard <br />Sat for 5 years(ran well before sat). Mice made home in outboard housing. <br /><br />Won't start after all visable mouse droppings cleaned out of housing. Fresh fuel is delivered to carb, spark is delivered. "Recent" power pack and fuel pump. Starter cranks, but fuel won't ignite.<br /><br />Please advise a simple tinkerer on what I can do, short of paying a professional(I am trying to fix in order to sell and professional repair may cost 1/3 of sale price of boat, to just FLUSH any BLOCKAGE out of the path to ignition in carb. The mice could have got past open choke. thanks
