How to get rid of rust on a BAR-BUOY cup holder?
These plastic looking bar buoy cup holders on my boat are actually looking very nice, but the metal piece rusted out. Any suggestion in restoring it to its original shine and glory?

I used aluminum foil paper to scrub it. They looked ok except some areas still need some more scrubing.

absolutely true except my boat is so old 1974 and the motor is simply OLD and faithful, so almost don't make sense to add new stuff to this classic boat.
