HI All,

I have been getting some good advise for my rebuild, and I need some more.
There was all kinds of foam in my 181 stratos & I plan on putting new foam back in the way it was originally. What is the best way to keep water from getting into or soaking into it? I know water will eventually get to it some how, how do you get it away from the foam. Where is the best place to buy it.
Thanks

many sources for pourable foam. extra attention to all joints.

if you completely solve the problem, patent it.

Drainage is the key!
There should be weeping/ limber holes to allow any water under the deck to make its way to the bilge pump.

with pourable foam this can be an issue since it fills every nook..

Like TD said.. many have ideas... but no standard yet.
