How to mount front pedestal seat?

I have a 13' aluminum boat that I just put a 1/2" plywood floor in and I lag bolted the front pedestal seat to the floor and I used it the first time and while sitting in it the bolat come right out. What is some good ways to mount the front pedestal seats? Thanks for all your help!

You will need way more reinforcing than just that 1/2" ply. Add a 3/4" ply backer either above or below the deck and glass it to the deck.

You will have to pull up that front panel, reinforce it with 3/4" as mentioned above, then make sure it's secured well to the boat, then attach the seat pedestal with either T nuts like shown in the link above, or toggle bolt anchors.
