I have a 13' aluminum boat with a 1/4" plywood floor. I need some help on how to mount the front pedastal seat. I have already tried screwing the pedestal down with large lag screws but that did not last long and I ordered the Garelick stainless steel toggle bolt anchors Part # 21021 and come to find out they are made of plastic with just the toggle being stainless..There is no way that plastic is going to do the job.. So anyone have an idea, I dont know what else to do.

The plastic is only to hold it in position for installation. A bolt is then threaded into it. The Garelick will work

Hi, commosmart1..

1/4" plywood floor is a bit thin for a ped mount,... no? Change out the floor and see if you can beef it up from the underside.
