how to post a pic?

I hope I have this question in the right place.
I can't seem to figure out how to post a pic.
can anyone help?

You need to have your pic hosted by a site such as Photobucket.com

Once you've uploaded the pic there, copy the url, hit the yellow icon at the top of the reply box and paste it in between the (img)'s
