I been working my way through restoring the boat to original shape. The livewell looks like it has seen better days and looks stained and crusty from neglect and lake water and other debris. Can anyone give me some good pointers on making sure the tank is good and solid, how to refinish the inside that will be suitable for marine life, and I have a possible capped pvc pipe blocking the intake and drain.
