How to Put Small Gauge in Large Hole?

I want to add a water pressure gauge to my boat. The gauge is a Faria and requires a 2 1/16" hole. In my boat's console, there is already an existing unused 2 3/8" hole that has a plastic plug in it that I would like to use. Is there a bushing type thing for this situation? Or another way to do this. The material where the existing hole is appears to be plastic not fiberglass.

Thanks for any help!

What about just leaving the plug in place and drilling a 2-1/16 hole in it and mount your gage in the plug??

Not a bad idea, as long as the plug doesn't try to pull through when I tighten the gauge. I'll have to get behind the console and take a closer look. I contacted Faria, and they didn't have any ideas, so I may try using the plug as a bushing or making my own.

Thanks for the idea!

You can buy bezzels that take up the extra space. Livorsi and Gafrig sell them and there are a few others also.

remove the plastic plug, take a nice piece of AL and cut out a piece to fit tightly inside the plug, then epoxy in. now drill your hole, should be better than ever.
