Hello
One of the support struts un my swim platform has come loose up under the platform
the end that is under the platform is pounded flat and has a flat flange that is perpendicular like wings that are where the hole for 2 screws that are (were) screwed up into the bottom of the platform
So I need advise on how to re attach it.... do you have to fill in the old holes? if so with what ?
I saw another thread up here wher the advise was to not go with screws but to bolt it back on....but I cant have those sticking up on the side where your feet go ...the kids would get their feet tore up..I dont want anything emerging up out of the platforms finished side
Its a 1983 searay SRV 225 Express Cruiser.... ..it appears to be solid fiberglass
