Hey folks,

I've read all of the archives on the forum and searched the web high and low and STILL cannot find out anything on how to remove the top cap from my Procraft bass hull.

I've got the bump rail removed, all the screws, cut loose what I can see that's connected to the floor etc. and it still feels like it's connected somewhere along the middle line of the boat on both sides right inline with the helm/console area ???

I can actually pull up on the front nose and each back corner but whatever is still holding must be good and solid and somewhere that I can't obviously see.
I've talked with several boat repair places and NONE seem to know what might be holding it.
Maybe it was glued when they put the cap on and wasn't meant to come off ?
I really don't want to cut the cap into pieces to remove it.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hmmm.... never heard of a Procraft bass boat .... OK

Here's a little info, has great lines and eye appeal, very fast good handling hull but not known for overall build quality when it comes to wood placement IMO.

I'm determined to get this cap off and replace every piece of wood with composite material.

Will get some pics up when the weather clears a little.

Thanks all.
