how to remove my motor

OK i need a bit of help first let me say i am so new at boats and this is why i am asking is going to be my first time doing this i am in the process of restoring my 24 foot century 4500 clx witch it have a 7.4 mercruiser bravo 1 i have the manual of the engine but i am a bit confused lol sorry but i know is a stupid Q? but here it go

can i remove the engine with out having to remove everything ells o where can i start

The first and BEST thing you should do is go up to the Adults only sticky at the top of this forum, and download the engine and drive manuals for your setup.
there are detailed sections in both for removal and installation.
Yes, the drive has to come off first, and no, it's not that hard to do. Usually about a 10 to 15 minute job for the drive. Looks like the engine will be fairly easy also. Not sure from the picture about clearance in the back.
