How to remove the oil seal from a 9.5 evinrude lower unit ?

So I have a 1967 evinrude 9.5 and I need to replace the oil seal underneath the impeller but I don’t have a puller. Are there any methods to get it out without a puller and if I need a puller which specific one should I get? Thanks

That plate with the seal is easily damaged and expensive.----Work carefully.

To pull seals I have used drywall screws. Not saying it will work in this case or that you should

Use a dremel type tool to cut / weaken the seal.-----It will come out easily then.
