I have a 16' bowrider that has the rear half of the deck rotten, I removed most of what is accesible but underneath the rear splashwell and seats(cap has molded in seats and splashwell) is not easy to get a circlular, jig, or sawzall underneath. The stringers are fully encapsulated and almost a 1/4 thick, so i would like to remove the last half of the foam and install a new deck but the last 18" is almost impossible to get to. I really do not want to remove the cap this year, any help is appreciated.

Sorry I don't have pics right now, I am trying to take a small shortcut, I don't have the time this season to remove the cap, maybe I might have to do the repair in 2 stages, because I just had a brain fart, if i do remove the deck under the splashwell how will I screw the new deck down. Maybe someone else has been in the same situation.

You can fasten it with PL or Peanut Butter (resin) and fiberglassed in on the edges. It will work ;)
