Sounds like when you "got" the manual you possibly downloaded it from a web site somewhere. It might be that you need Acrobat Reader to open it. If so, the program is free to download. This might help: http://official-2009.com/acrobat/

are you sure it down loaded?
the ones that Mr. Don S. has on here for us took a long time to down load,and I am on cable for the computer

not to hijack this :but how do you put them on a cd in case of computer crash?
