How to stop bolts corroding

I am replacing the head gaskets on '75 115HP. A number of bolts had corroded to the head, which required a lot of heat to loosen - the threads were fine.
When re-assembling, what is best to coat the stem of the bolt with? Marine grease? Aviation gasket sealer (non-hardening)?
Thanks

Aviation sealer is good. Permetex #2 is good. Both last a long time. Grease is OK, if you plan to take it apart in the near future.
