How to sync throttle plates ?????

I noticed on my 1979 70 hp merc serial # 5352752 that the throttle plates are not fully synced at wot and I'll be darned if I can see how that adjustment needs to be made. They stop on the screw setting and not the throttle plate itself, it's just they don't stop in the same place, the top one stops at wot just a little before the bottom one. Would really appreciate some advice here..............thanks

The manual you require for that engine is p/n: 90-86135--5.

Gerry...I went ahead and ordered the manual you suggested,thanks for that, then I read thru the condensed and couldn't find anything that talked about adjusting the individual throttle plates. I noticed the throttle plates out of sync with each other after I went thru the Timing and Sync procedure, so I must have missed something..................Ray

Hummmmm...so I guess there isn't any way of moving the throttle plates independently.....well at least I've got a manual coming....hope it's in there......even though it wasn't in the condensed version.
