How to tune a 2hp 1984

Hi all

I have a 1984 evinrude 2hp and would like to know how to tune it.

I would like it to be tuned to as fast as it can go..

If anyone knows how to adjust the needle valve correctly please tell me,.

It has highspeed and idle needles to adjust. Therefore see Joe Reeves' article in the engine FAQs

it has a highspeed and low speed needle valve not a idle speed valve.
